Your Role:

• Project Leadership: Lead the roll-out, upgrade, and optimization of various logistics projects, particularly in SAP Transportation Management (TM), ensuring the success of global initiatives.
  
• Team Collaboration: Act as a functional lead for IT Process Managers, Application Specialists, Developers, Key Users, and vendors, guiding the project team to deliver high-quality results.
  
• Planning & Execution: Oversee project planning, setup, testing, and go-live phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective implementation of SAP TM solutions.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, including the steering committee, to support active change management and adoption of new processes.
  
• Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek innovative technologies to enhance transportation management processes and drive efficiency across global logistics operations.
  

Your Skills:

• Proven Leadership: Strong track record in leading IT projects within complex international organizations, ideally with experience in change management or similar roles.
  
• Logistics Expertise: In-depth understanding of supply chain planning, transportation, and logistics processes, with a focus on optimizing these key operational areas through SAP TM.
  
• Proven Expertise: Significant experience in SAP TM or SAP SD/LE consulting with large international corporations. Experience with S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with projects based on both cloud and non-cloud technologies (e.g., SAP TM, Blue Yonder), and familiarity with project management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project. Initial experience with agile methods is a plus.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities, with a proven capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Language Proficiency: C1 level proficiency in German and fluency in English.
